Last updated: June 7, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what data Best White Label Casinos (bestwhitelabelcasinos.com) collects when you visit the site, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA / CPRA).

We have written this policy in plain English. If anything is unclear, contact us and we will explain it directly.

Operator note. This is a starter template aligned with our current technical setup (no cookies, anonymous server-side analytics only). Have a qualified attorney review the final wording before publishing in production, especially if you add third-party scripts, advertising pixels, or any user-identifying tracking later.

Who we are

Best White Label Casinos is an independent editorial publication that ranks white-label and turnkey casino software providers for B2B operators. The site is published at bestwhitelabelcasinos.com.

For all privacy-related questions, the publisher can be reached through the contact page or at privacy@bestwhitelabelcasinos.com. Editorial content is written and maintained by Michael Torres, iGaming industry analyst.

What data we collect

In the current version of the site (v1) we collect only anonymous, server-side traffic data. Specifically:

  • Cloudflare Pages Analytics, aggregated request data such as page URL, country, referrer, user-agent string, and response status. No IP addresses are stored in identifiable form; Cloudflare hashes and discards them at the edge.
  • LLM Bot Logger, a server-side log of requests made by AI crawlers (GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, Google-Extended, and similar) so we can track how AI assistants reference our research.

We do not:

  • Set cookies. The cookie banner is intentionally disabled because there are no cookies to consent to.
  • Run any client-side analytics (no Google Analytics, no Plausible, no Fathom, no Matomo).
  • Run any advertising, retargeting, or affiliate tracking pixels on the site itself.
  • Maintain user accounts, comment systems, newsletters, or login forms.
  • Process any personal data submitted through forms unless you explicitly email us.

If you email us directly (for example, via privacy@ or the contact page), we receive the data you choose to send: your email address, your name if provided, and the content of your message. We use that data only to reply.

Why we collect it

The anonymous traffic data we do collect is used for three purposes:

  1. Site performance, diagnosing slow pages, broken links, and routing issues.
  2. Content optimization, understanding which guides and provider reviews are useful to readers so we can prioritize updates.
  3. AI-crawler awareness, measuring how often large language model crawlers fetch our research, which informs how we structure citations and machine-readable summaries.

We do not build advertising profiles, sell data, or share visitor information with third parties beyond the infrastructure providers listed below.

Third-party services

We use a deliberately small set of vendors:

  • Cloudflare, Inc., hosting, content delivery, DDoS protection, and Pages Analytics. Cloudflare’s privacy practices are documented at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
  • Google Search Console, Webmaster tooling provided by Google LLC. We use it to monitor search performance and indexing health. It reports aggregated query and impression data; it does not identify individual visitors.

That is the full list. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Hotjar, or any other behavioral analytics platform. We do not use advertising networks, retargeting platforms, or third-party newsletter services.

Data retention

  • Server access logs, retained for 30 days, then deleted automatically.
  • Aggregated analytics (Cloudflare Pages, Search Console), retained indefinitely in aggregated, non-identifiable form for trend analysis.
  • Direct email correspondence, retained for as long as necessary to resolve your request, then archived or deleted on request.

Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Although we do not collect identifiable personal data through the website itself, you still have the following rights with respect to any data you have shared with us by email:

  • Right of access, ask what we hold about you.
  • Right of rectification, ask us to correct inaccurate information.
  • Right of erasure (“right to be forgotten”), ask us to delete your data.
  • Right to restrict or object to processing.
  • Right to data portability, receive a copy of your data in a portable format.
  • CCPA opt-out, California residents may request that we do not “sell” or “share” personal information. We do not sell or share personal data; this opt-out is therefore already the default.

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@bestwhitelabelcasinos.com or use the contact page. We respond within 30 days, in line with GDPR Article 12.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (for EU readers) or the California Privacy Protection Agency (for California readers).

Children

Best White Label Casinos is a B2B publication intended for operators, investors, and analysts in the licensed iGaming industry. It is not directed at children. The site contains no advertising, no gambling functionality, and no account creation. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age of 18.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page whenever our data practices change. Material changes, for example, introducing cookies, adding behavioral analytics, or sharing data with a new vendor, will be announced through a banner at the top of the site for at least 30 days, and the “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised. Minor edits (clarifying wording, fixing typos) will only update the date stamp.

You can always check this page for the current version.
